The high-rise building to be built at the waterfront of the Baltic Sea in Keilaniemi, Espoo will be an approximately 150-meter-high office and hotel tower
It is located just a stone’s throw away from the metro station. There is an underground parking as well as a functional service area for service trucks. By the end of construction, the tower will be Finland’s tallest and most modern office and hotel building.
The tower’s office spaces are designed to correspond to headquarters standards of multinational large-scale corporations regarding the qualities of aesthetics, functionality and technical features. The building will be one of the most ecological buildings in Europe, and the energy consumption is about 40% lower compared to reference buildings. The Platinum level LEED (new construction BD+C v4) certificate applied for the building (Only 57 out of 108 000 certified buildings achieved, which only 8 are in Europe, one in Nordic countries).
Also, platinum level WELL Core v2 is applied.
