Victoria apartments are located above street level on four floors. In the middle of the houses, on the second floor, there is a cozy courtyard for the residents. In the middle of the sheltered court yard, there are sauna facilities with other common living areas. The garage is located under the yard and can be reached by elevator directly from your own apartment floor. At the street level, there are spacious business spaces.
The entire block will be completed in the future with two more residential apartment buildings.
