The Asunto Oy Helsingin Bulevardin Sonaatti Housing Company is situated on the seafront of the former Sinebrychoff-brewery area
The city block consists of old redbrick brewery-buildings – now renovated to offices – and new apartment buildings. Sonaatti is a 10-storey block of flats with shops in its ground floor and offices in the first floor. There are totally 79 flats with the average floor area of 100 m², ranging mainly between 50-150 m². All apartments have glazed balconies, which dominate the street elevations. Main facades are plastered white. Black-coloured concrete surfaces have been used in the market square elevation. The date of completion is autumn 2003.
