A modern villa overlooking the Nordic coastline

Set high on a hillside with views of the harbour and sea, this villa embodies contemporary Nordic design. The residence and a separate sauna pavilion are linked by a generous wooden deck, creating a seamless connection between architecture, landscape, and coastal living.

Dark-painted wood cladding and vertical timber slats give the exterior a natural rhythm, while large glazed openings and glass balustrades dissolve the boundary between inside and out.
