Tyyssija

1st place entry in an architectural competition by the Student Village Foundation of Turku

The competition looked for unique architecture for a new student housing complex in Turku, Finland.

Tyyssija has five floors, of which the top three will have student apartments. The ground floor will include a restaurant, gym, grocery shop and office space. The bottom floor will have apartment-specific storage spaces and an emergency shelter. The project also includes modern and sustainable energy solutions.
