The structure was built in Finland and transported by ship and assembled in Dubai
Sigge Architects designed this concept into reality in collaboration with Admares and the interior design being done by Kudos Dsign. The design was done in Turku, Finland and thus the structure was also built in Finland. It was transported by ship and assembled in Dubai. The island is 102 m long, 119 m wide and 3.7 m high at the highest point. This terrace gives the existing 7-star hotel a needed spectacular beach front extension.
